In my current role, I am involved in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Value Added Services (VAS) and telecom network platforms. My work includes troubleshooting service issues, supporting customer operations, and ensuring system availability, stability, and performance in live network environments.
Alongside my professional responsibilities, I continue to strengthen my understanding of telecom protocols, system operations, and network infrastructure. I am also actively involved in voluntary organizations such as Leo Clubs, where I engage in social service and leadership activities. I am currently working as a Technical Support Associate at ZTE Nepal. My primary responsibility is to provide technical support and maintenance for customers, focusing on Value Added Services (VAS) and overall telecom network operations.
I completed my 3-months internship as SRE Intern at Techkraft Inc., gaining hands-on experience with networking fundamentals, system reliability, and infrastructure management. My work included Docker, which has strengthened my understanding of containerization, and modern DevOps practices.
This role has enhanced my technical problem-solving skills, providing exposure to real-world operations, and deepened my interest in site reliability and cloud-native technologies.
I successfully completed a 4-week internship at Nepal Telecom, Jawalakhel, which proved to be a valuable learning experience. The internship initially focused on core networking concepts, but I was fortunate to gain exposure to Docker and Kubernetes, two essential tools in the DevOps ecosystem. This practical exposure not only strengthened my understanding of system infrastructure but also ignited a deeper interest in DevOps practices.
Overall, the internship was a fruitful and transformative experience, providing me with both technical skills and a glimpse into industry-level operations.
